Straight Freight Systems provides freight, trucking and logistics services, including full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), hazmat, expedited and dedicated freight across the contiguous United States. Quotes provided through this Site are estimates and are subject to a final written agreement and applicable tariffs.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Submitting a quote request or driver application does not create a binding contract. Freight services are governed by the rate confirmation, bill of lading and any separately executed carrier or broker agreement between the parties.
All content on this Site — including the Straight Freight Systems name, logo, text, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to SFS and may not be copied or used without permission.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straight Freight Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability for freight services is governed by the applicable transportation agreement and law.
